THE ROLE The Social Media Assistant provides part-time support (approximately 20 hours/week) to the venue's Social Media Coordinators and Managers. This role helps manage overflow work, including scheduling posts, organizing photo galleries, and assisting with day-to-day publishing tasks. Responsibilities Schedule and publish pre-approved social content across assigned platforms. Check show information, dates, and ticket links for accuracy before scheduling. Sort, tag, and organize photos from house photography galleries. Assist Coordinators and Managers with overflow publishing tasks. Support general content asset organization and file management. Perform other administrative support tasks as needed. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications (relevant coursework or internships welcome). Comfortable with social publishing and scheduling tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently on repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
