Want to transform customer engagement and growth at some of the world's largest institutions? We're looking for an EMEA lead for our Customer Intelligence solution. You'll own the solution across banking, insurance and the public sector, set the direction for the whole region, and take it to market – with real autonomy over how. You'll be the name the market knows on this subject, and the person Quantexa turns to for it. Every large organisation is investing in data, analytics and AI to serve customers better. Most hit the same wall. The same person appears multiple times across systems that don't talk to each other. Relationships stay hidden – from families and social groups to corporate hierarchies and supply chains. The data is there, but it's fragmented, inconsistent and stripped of context, so nobody quite trusts what it says. The cost shows up everywhere: disjointed customer experiences, frustrated customer-facing teams, wasted marketing spend, and revenue left on the table. That's the problem we solve, at scale. We connect data to build a real-world view of people, businesses, places and events, and the relationships between them – unlocking insight that accelerates revenue growth and makes customer experience genuinely better. You'd lead this from our Product team, which sits where the market meets the product. We listen to what banks, insurers and public sector organisations really need. We shape the proposition around it. Then we make sure clients, partners and colleagues can see the value. The reach is unusual: our product roadmap, our go-to-market strategy and the conversations we have in the market all start here. Complex problems, senior audiences, commercial consequence. Ready? What you’ll be doing. Own the Customer Intelligence proposition across EMEA – shape the positioning, the messaging and the segments we go after, and turn what you hear in the market into requirements that influence our global roadmap. Be the region’s senior expert – guide sales opportunities and client programmes as a trusted advisor to some of the largest financial institutions and government agencies in EMEA. Build our voice in the market – publish thought leadership, speak at industry events, brief analysts, and host the client roundtables that shape their thinking and ours. Team up with Marketing and Sales – on campaigns, market and competitor analysis, and the collateral and enablement that help our teams sell with confidence. Grow the ecosystem with Alliances – develop the technology, data and delivery partnerships that give us scale, differentiation and pipeline across the region. Feed the region back into global strategy – work with Product, R&D and Solution Engineering to keep the solution ahead of a market that never sits still. What you’ll bring.
