What you’ll do We build software that connects the energy market to thousands of physical assets, and we own almost all of it ourselves. You’ll be directly responsible for building the product, on real projects rather than intern projects. Own real engineering projects end to end, from working out the problem to shipping it. Work on our own stack, with AI as part of how you build every day. Work directly with commercial teams, because the hard problems here are not purely technical. Exciting challenges Own an entire challenge. Recent interns built forecasting functions around seasonality and temperature and owned the build-out of a data analytics pipeline and a liquidity risk monitoring system. Work where the market meets the physical world. Market events have to reach thousands of devices correctly, and the rules change while the assets are already running. Nobody hands you a defined task. Who you are You’ve excelled at something. You can point to an achievement that took unusual discipline and sustained effort. We want to understand what you accomplished and the work it took to get there. You’ve demonstrated ownership. You’ve taken responsibility for a project, product, or initiative and seen it through.
