We’re hiring a Remote Network Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support for firewalls, switches, and Windows systems . Responsibilities: Provide remote helpdesk support for network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Manage firewall policies, switch configurations, and IP addressing . Assist with Windows Server administration and management Document all work in ticketing and RMM platforms . Requirements: 5+ years of IT support experience with a focus on networking.
