Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Technical Consultant supporting large-scale enterprise transformations, including 4 years leading complex, multi-system initiatives. Experience with end-to-end enterprise workflows, including CRM, CPQ, Contract Management, Billing platforms, and Revenue Recognition processes. Experience reviewing data models, integration patterns, and APIs. Experience with Agile/Kanban execution methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Jira Product Discovery. Preferred qualifications: Proven track record in M&A Integrations, with hands-on experience evaluating, unifying, and executing business systems flows and mapping data integration requirements in an enterprise environment. Demonstrated staff-level leadership with a history of driving consensus and influencing strategic decisions across multiple peer teams and stakeholders without direct authority. Collaborative peer leadership, with a proven ability to operate effectively as a vital piece of a whole, collaborating alongside other senior technical, product, and business resources to achieve overarching goals. Proactive, highly autonomous problem solver who excels at navigating ambiguity, bringing structural clarity to complex multi-system initiatives. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable insights for business leaders. Agility with new technologies, demonstrating the ability to learn new systems (both 1P and 3P) quickly and with a high degree of proficiency. About the job: The Business Systems Team ensures the reliability and evolution of the core platforms that power Wiz. Composed of administrators, developers, and analysts, the team maintains and optimizes these systems to support company growth. Our focus is on practical execution and system health to meet Wiz’s broader business objectives. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the technical program management and execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across our internal business tools.
