The Work: Act as domain strategist in driving overall Origination Provide Subject Matter expertise through Sales cycle for Sourcing & Procurement services and execution Work with go-to-market teams to ensure the scaled services for Sourcing & Procurement are always considered when a deal is originated Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges. Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning. Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire. As an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model. Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Sourcing & Procurement services Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each. Support Solutioning, Value Architecture, Deal Structuring, TVE, pricing and contracting Primary Performance Measures: Gaining recognition for domain expertise and earning endorsements from sales and account teams Development of a qualified pipeline and personal impact on key wins Support RFP processes in the Sourcing & Procurement area, from beginning to contract signature. Here is what you need: Minimum 5 years in Sourcing & Procurement leadership or related roles, with Source‑to‑Pay expertise in areas such as spend analytics, category strategy and strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier and risk management and hands‑on experience with leading S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA) Industry Insight- experience in a minimum 1-2 industries Experience selling in a consulting environment Bonus Points If: Experience with Client Relationship Development Experience with Commercial & pricing acumen Customer Insight experience Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
