Social Media & Community Management Virtual Assistant (US/Remote)

We’re hiring a proactive and highly independent Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing, personal-brand-led coaching business. This role focuses on managing social media content, engaging with the community, overseeing inbound messages, and identifying potential leads. This is not a sales or closing position. You’ll use your judgment to recognize potential prospects and route them to the sales team for follow-up. Responsibilities Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms. Monitor and respond to comments using the brand’s tone and voice. Manage email and social media inboxes. Identify potential prospects in emails, comments, and DMs. Route qualified opportunities to the sales team with clear context. Independently determine which messages require a response, escalation, or sales handoff. Keep content and communication workflows organized. Use AI tools to improve efficiency when appropriate. Requirements Strong written communication and professional judgment. Ability to work independently without constant instructions or supervision. Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Community Manager, or similar remote role. Able to recognize sales opportunities without attempting to close them. Organized, proactive, and reliable. Interested in building a stable, long-term working relationship. Nice to Have Experience supporting a coaching business, personal brand, or fast-growing small business. Familiarity with media buying and basic paid advertising concepts. Experience using AI tools as part of a daily workflow. Previous experience managing high-volume inboxes or online communities.
