The Role: As Account Director, you'll champion "earned first" thinking to create impactful, culturally relevant consumer PR campaigns. You'll lead a team, build strong client relationships, and drive innovative strategies that generate buzz and deliver measurable results. This role is fun and energetic, offering great opportunities to learn and develop with a variety of complex but rewarding clients. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the account management team, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback. You will manage relationships with third-party vendors, to ensure the agency delivers high-quality work that meets client expectations. You will also act as a liaison between the client and the agency's internal teams, providing clear communication and direction to ensure all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.
