Position: Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$44/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Write expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting the reasoning behind your judgments. Collaborate with teams to ensure models handle sensitive topics effectively. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance . Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English. Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress. Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail. Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region. Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
