Overview Since 1972, Covenant House has served and advocated for youth and young families experiencing homelessness, human trafficking, and exploitation. Our overarching goal is to end homelessness among youth and young families by helping them achieve housing stability, heal from trauma, tap into their innate resilience, and hone their interests and skills to forge new pathways to independence. This work is carried out across Covenant House sites in 34 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras. About the Role The Senior Vice President, Corporate Partnerships is a strategic and entrepreneurial revenue leader responsible for developing and executing Covenant House International 's corporate partnership strategy. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the SVP will lead a high-performing team responsible for retaining, growing, and stewarding an existing portfolio of corporate partners while securing significant new corporate relationships across a diverse range of partnership types. The SVP will drive revenue growth through philanthropic grants, corporate sponsorships, employee giving and engagement programs, cause marketing campaigns, point-of-sale and customer fundraising initiatives, licensing arrangements, and other innovative partnership models. This leader will possess deep experience across the full spectrum of nonprofit-corporate partnerships and demonstrate the ability to identify emerging trends and create new pathways for sustainable revenue generation. As a senior leader within the organization, the SVP will help shape revenue strategy, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and serve as an ambassador for Covenant House's mission and values. The position requires an exceptional people leader capable of developing and empowering teams responsible for new business development, recurring partnerships, fulfillment of partner benefits, corporate employee engagement, and strategic relationship management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Corporate Partnership Strategy and Revenue Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate partnerships strategy that advances Covenant House International 's revenue goals and supports long-term organizational growth Maintain and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate partners while personally managing relationships with key executives and strategic accounts Lead efforts to secure new corporate partnerships through grants, sponsorships, employee engagement programs, cause marketing initiatives, customer fundraising campaigns, event sponsorships, licensing opportunities, and other revenue-generating partnerships Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative partnership models that create both philanthropic and earned revenue opportunities Establish revenue goals, performance metrics, and growth strategies for all corporate partnership channels Monitor market trends and corporate social impact priorities to identify new partnership opportunities and competitive advantages Relationship Management and Partnership Development Build and maintain relationships with senior corporate executives, corporate foundation leaders, marketing leaders, human resources leaders, corporate social responsibility teams, and other key decision-makers Develop customized partnership strategies that align corporate objectives with Covenant House's mission, programs, and impact Oversee the successful stewardship, renewal, and expansion of existing partnerships to maximize long-term value and retention Collaborate with major gifts colleagues to coordinate engagement strategies for corporate executives who are also current or prospective individual donors Ensure exceptional delivery of partnership benefits, reporting, recognition, and impact communications Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for new business development, account management, stewardship, benefit fulfillment, employee engagement programs, and partnership operations F
