Performance Marketing Manager

About this role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, and additional marketplace and retail media channels for a fast-growing clean-label snack brand. You will manage campaigns end to end, optimize for profitability rather than vanity metrics, and work directly with leadership to drive efficient, scalable growth across every channel. This is not a brand awareness role. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing at a deep level — contribution margin, TACOS, marketplace algorithms, and how to profitably scale a consumable CPG brand across multiple channels simultaneously. If you are highly analytical, execution-focused, and take genuine ownership of campaign performance and business outcomes, this role is a strong fit. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This role requires availability during US business hours Own the full paid media function for a growing CPG brand with real retail traction across major marketplaces and retail chains High-ownership performance marketing role with direct impact on revenue and profitability What You'll Work On Marketplace and Paid Media Management Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP Manage Walmart Connect campaigns and improve performance Launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram Launch, test, and optimize TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads campaigns Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max Manage Reddit advertising campaigns and identify relevant community targeting opportunities Support Instacart Ads and other retail media initiatives Help drive growth and visibility on Faire and other marketplace channels Performance Optimization Improve TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and overall campaign profitability Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, and campaign restructuring Continuously test creative, audiences, landing pages, and promotional strategies Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets Monitor inventory levels and adjust advertising spend accordingly Analyze customer acquisition costs, repeat purchase behavior, and LTV Reporting and Analytics Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards across all channels Report on channel performance, trends, and growth opportunities with clear, actionable recommendations Analyze competitive activity and marketplace trends Interpret data quickly and make fast decisions based on performance signals Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with leadership, operations, and creative teams Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across channels Help improve product listings and conversion rates Support marketplace expansion opportunities as the brand grows What You Bring 3 or more years managing performance marketing for e-commerce or CPG brands Deep, hands-on Amazon PPC experience across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP Experience managing Walmart Connect campaigns Experience managing Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram Experience managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns Experience scaling TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency Ability to interpret performance data and make fast, confident decisions Experience managing advertising budgets profitably with a clear understanding of contribution margin and efficiency targets Strong ownership mentality with the ability to execute quickly in a lean, entrepreneurial environment Nice to Have Experience with Reddit Ads and community-driven marketing Experience with Instacart Ads or retail media networks Ba
