This is a customer-focused sales role where most conversations begin with individuals who have already expressed interest in the company’s services. You’ll be responsible for: Handling inbound sales inquiries Understanding prospective clients’ financial needs Explaining available debt relief solutions Following up with leads Supporting conversion through consultative conversations Maintaining accurate CRM records This role is ideal for someone who combines sales ability with empathy and strong customer service skills . Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required. What You’ll Own Inbound Sales & Client Support Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in: Debt settlement Debt consolidation Related financial solutions Understand each prospective client’s financial situation and needs Explain available programs clearly and accurately Guide clients toward appropriate solutions based on their circumstances Provide a professional, empathetic, and consultative customer experience Build trust while helping clients navigate sensitive financial decisions Lead Follow-Up & Outbound Outreach Follow up promptly with leads generated through marketing channels Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process Re-engage prospective clients who have not yet made a decision Conduct outbound follow-up calls and cold calls when required Maintain disciplined follow-up so qualified opportunities do not fall through the cracks Build long-term trust through responsive and professional communication Consultative Sales & Relationship Building Ask effective questions to understand: Financial challenges Client needs Goals Interest level Listen actively and communicate solutions clearly Handle questions and objections professionally Balance sales objectives with a customer-first approach Help prospective clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the process CRM & Documentation Maintain accurate records of all client interactions Update CRM systems with: Call notes Communication history Lead status Follow-up requirements Relevant client information Track lead progression through the sales pipeline Ensure all records remain complete, organized, and up to date Protect confidential and sensitive customer information Team Collaboration Work closely with sales and customer service teams Coordinate follow-ups and client handoffs when necessary Share customer feedback and recurring questions with the team Contribute insights that can improve: Sales effectiveness Lead conversion Customer experience Stay informed about company offerings, compliance expectations, and relevant industry developments Required Experience & Skills Experience Previous experience in: Sales Customer service Call centers Client-facing roles Experience handling customer conversations over the phone Experience with financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is strongly preferred Communication Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication Professional and confident phone presence Strong active listening skills Ability to explain information clearly and patiently Comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters with professionalism and discretion Sales & Customer Service Skills Strong relationship-building ability Consultative approach to sales Comfortable handling objections and customer concerns Ability to follow up consistently with prospective clients Customer-focused while still working toward sales and conversion goals Technical & Organizational Skills Experience using CRM or customer management systems Strong docum
