These roles ensure compliance with immigration laws and embassyregulations, working to secure visas for clients or employees. KeyResponsibilities ●Assiststudents in getting final visa DocumentPreparation & Review: Gathering, reviewing, and organizing necessary documentation(passports, photos, application forms, financial statements) to ensureaccuracy, completeness, and compliance with embassy/consulate requirements. ApplicationSubmission & Tracking: Submitting completed visa applications to appropriateauthorities, tracking their status, and updating clients on progress. Compliance& Regulatory Updates: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, policies, andprocedures to prevent errors and rejections. ClientCommunication: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, answeringinquiries regarding requirements, fees, and processing times. DataManagement: Ensuring sensitive client data is accurately entered into systemsand maintained with strict confidentiality. LiaisonDuties: Communicating with embassies, consulates, or visa applicationcenters to resolve issues or expedite applications. RequiredSkills and Qualifications Need highlevel of competence in student visa counselling for Australia / US /UK / Canadaetc Proven trackrecord of student visa admissions Meticulousaccuracy in reviewing documents is crucial to avoid application rejection. Excellentverbal and written English communication skills for interaction with clientsand authorities. Strongknowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data managementsystems.
